These Terms and Conditions apply to all pest control services provided by Bravo Pest Control (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Bravo Pest Control provides professional pest control services including, but not limited to, treatment of insects, rodents, and wildlife pests for residential and commercial properties across South and West London.

All services are provided in accordance with industry best practices and current UK regulations.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All prices provided are indicative until a full inspection is carried out.

  • Final pricing is confirmed before any treatment begins.

  • Prices may vary depending on infestation severity, access, property size, and treatment required.

  • Any additional work required outside the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.

  • Failure to make payment may result in additional charges or suspension of further services.

4. Appointments & Access

  • Customers must provide safe and clear access to the areas requiring treatment.

  • Failure to provide access may result in a missed appointment charge.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day or emergency bookings are subject to availability.

6. Treatment Outcomes & Guarantees

  • Pest control treatments aim to control or eliminate infestations, but results can vary depending on conditions beyond our control.

  • Some pests, such as bed bugs and rodents, may require multiple visits.

  • Guarantees, where offered, apply only when all treatment advice is followed by the customer.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective treatment, customers agree to:

  • Follow all preparation and aftercare instructions provided

  • Maintain good hygiene and proofing measures

  • Inform us of any changes to the property or infestation

Failure to follow instructions may reduce treatment effectiveness and void any guarantees.

8. Health & Safety

  • Treatments are carried out using professional-grade products approved for use in the UK.

  • Customers must disclose the presence of children, pets, allergies, or health conditions before treatment.

  • Bravo Pest Control is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed information.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or pest-related damage prior to treatment.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  • We are not responsible for re-infestations caused by external factors beyond our control.

10. Right of Refusal

Bravo Pest Control reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe

  • Decline treatment if access is restricted or risks are unacceptable

  • Cancel services if abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs

11. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We handle customer data in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

  • Personal information is used only for providing services and will not be shared without consent, except where legally required.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

13. Changes to These Terms

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
